Support Policy


This is the essential part we have worked on in supporting our clients. Your purchase comes with One month free support. This would allow you to open a support ticket to get technical issues treated and resolved.

We have you covered in the following area:

  •  Initial installation of the script on your server. Definitely either your Cpanel or ftp details would be required to do this.
  •  We attend to “how to” questions by providing URL of where the question can be found in the doc area.
  •  Error encounters while using unmodified software.

We do not have you covered in the following aspects:

  •  The integration of third-party plugins/modules.You can simply contact the author of the plugin for help.
  •  The additional functionality to the Software package.This is regard as customization and should be requested through our customization request page.
  •  The customization of the graphical interface.
  •  Setting up of server, all we do is to install the script on your server.
  •  Other premium services can be found here so the support does not cover them

 Do i get support with my purchase?
Absolutely Yes, we have a great team available for support.

What type of issues our support entails?
We support to do initial installation if you are unable to do so, we are here to tackle any error encountered while using the unmodified software.

For how long will i get support after purchase?

You will have 30 days free support with this we will be able to tackle any issue arises.

How long does it take to get a response from support?
We attend to tickets in respect to how we receive them and we do our best to respond to all tickets within several hours during business hours, or the next business day if submitted during off hours.
